Teaching blocks are 6 weeks long.

Although we encourage clients to start in the first week of a block, this is negotiable. We may recommend an initial 1:1 session to get to know you and understand your aims and needs. 

Matwork classes (maximum 6 in studio and 8 online)

6 weeks £63

1:1 and 2:1 sessions

1:1 - £55, or a package of 5 is £250

2:1 - £58, or a package of 5 is £262

Drop-ins £13

Drop-ins are designed for trying out a class or for special circumstances. Please note: drop-ins depend on availability and will need to be agreed with the teacher in advance.
