1:1 and 2:1 private sessions

1:1 Private Session - £65 for a single session, block of 5 for £300 (save £25), block of 10 for £585 (buy 9, get 1 free)

2:1 Private Session -£78 for a single session, block of 5 for £360 (save £30), block of 10 for £702 (buy 9, get 1 free)

Pilates/Somatic Matwork group classes (maximum 6 in studio and 8 online)

£15 for drop-in class

£14 for classes bought in a block e.g. a 6 week block costs £84

**Teaching blocks are 5-7 weeks long (we tend to follow the school term timetable). Although we encourage clients to start in the first week of a block, this is negotiable.

**We recommend an initial 1:1 session if you are brand new to Pilates or Somatics, and so that we can better understand your aims and needs.

**Class drop-ins are designed for trying out a class or for special circumstances and depend on availability, which will need to be agreed with the teacher in advance.
